CIDA provides funding for international development programs and projects through contributions to Canadian and international institutions of many kinds. The Agency also enters into contracts with Canadian companies for the implementation of their programs and projects

The Wild Rose Foundation's International Development Program encourages a positive Alberta presence internationally by providing financial assistance to selected Canadian non- government organizations.

APEBA Southern Sudan is the main development partner of the APEBA Canada/International and is reponsible for the ground mobilization of the resources, implementation, evaluation and monitoring in collaboration with APEBA Canada/International and the community groups and organizations
